if you want it all part of one image, you need to use image maps, and it is better to use a program that does those (im not sure if anything in the Macromedia suite can or not), rather than do it yourself.

Alternatively, you can create a table and slice the menu out of the image, break the menu into three images, and then put links around each one. This will take a little work with photoshop/fireworks/etc. but it will be easier to change the copy on one link without messing with the whole image (and possibly the map) any time you want to change something.

use fireworks to make rollovers, or just create a simple image map. On the dreamweaver standard toolbar, you'll see a few shapes in the lower left hand corner once you click (highlight) the placed image. This is your image map toolbar. If I remember correctly, the sub toolbar that pops up once you click the image in Dreamweaver is called "Map".

For your case, just click the rectangle tool (far left), click on the top left of the area you want the link to be and drag to the end of the button. A new dialog will show for you to insert a link. You can set multiple links in one image this way.

Use whats called imagemaps in Dreamweaver. You can search Dreamweaver help for this.

Do you have Fireworks? If so, get yourself familiar with it because it will make this much more easier and you can create some really cool buttons.

Otherwise, slice it up in Photoshop.

You can use hotspots. Once you place your image in DW, look in your properties window and you will see hotspots.
I did this for you. check your email.
