I would look around the house and see
what you can maybe put into your room.
First take out the items you don't need
anymore and see what you can make
from what you have. Check your attic
and your basement for some niffty
ideas. There might be a few things that
just need to be repaired or mended.
See if your family wants to help you.
Inspire yourself and your creative side.
Before you know it your room will have
a fresh new look that you'll enjoy.

Look in your closet for inspiration; I once did a nice wall hanging with scarves. Got any hats? Hang them too.
Drape nice quilts or blankets on your furniture for a new look. Don't try to make them slipcovers, just lay them over the backs and arms of furniture in a random way.
Look outside for ferns you can pull and make arrangements out them in glasses or milk bottles.
You can make a cheap jewelry display pretty easily too. Go to any craft store and get a square of styrofoam and some black felt squares; this shouldn't cost more than $5. Cover the styrofoam with the felt and stick your earrings in it. I hung a 12x12 piece covered with earrings on my wall and my guests always loved the idea.

Rearrange your furniture around the room and pictures on the wall. Wash your curtains and bed linens. Clean out your closet and whatever else you have lying around and have a yard sale. Then you can spend the money you make off the yard sale buying a new pillow or wall-hanging.

Craig's record could have low-value products (albeit used) for adorning. As for mild structure artwork: the most important difficulty is waterproofing. Use large ThoroCoat to seal and coloration the partitions. For the floor, use "oops" paint from abode depot. A 5 gallon bucket of an "off" coloration might want to do the trick, and that is often marked down from $100 twenty 5 to $15. definite, it is $one hundred ten off the conventional value. Our interior of sight save continuously has one or 2 "storage" or "concrete" floor 5 gallon buckets contained in the "oops" section that someone did not %. up or did not quite like the coloration of. (undergo in options the most important guidelines in portray a concrete floor: sparkling the floor first, make certain that is dry, stick with paint and WAIT 40 8 hours beforehand strolling on it and three extra days beforehand putting furnishings down on it.) Then, section rugs are less expensive sufficient on Craig's record besides as Ikea furnishings. they're both attainable in solid difficulty on Craig's record with little time wasted searching and massive expenditures. Your landlord will celebrate which includes your use of ThoroCoat or ThoroSeal on the partitions and "concrete" paint on the floor. you're able to have executed the "correct" ingredient and function made it moisture resistant and water-resistant too. FYI, our townhouse basement is executed with those sealants. It labored properly at preserving dirt sealed in besides as taking away the "dampness" linked with regularly occurring basements.

If you're just talking painting walls, do this instead: Collect magazines that you like to read and carefully tear out full page ads of whatever you want, and just start taping them up to your walls, one right after the other, and you've got makeshift wallpaper with your own personality all over it :) I did this to my room when I was about 14 because my walls were lavender and I was getting tired of it. Have fun!

i dont think you can paint or have new furniture or anything with out money but you can rearrange it so that it can look different and put up pictures you already have......cut up some nice flowers and hang them in your room (they look beautiful if you let them dry cuz they last forver) or you can get the dry petals and use them as potporri
