who would be willing to contact and make peace with someone in thier life who they are now not talking to, not at peace with or fighting with?

I would really like to make peace between me and my mom, but we have fought for almost my whole life. How do I build the bond that we used to share back up with her? Help me if you can.

I see you what your trying to do and I want to help. Did you ever thing of killing every one? Then we would have world peace. No more pain no more suffering. The world would be perfect. Better yet is if we got ever one to kill them self's, then there would be not some much pain before the peace. I get what I'm trying to say is, you can't have peace with out war, and to think you can make peace with peace is crazy. Its simple math.

It's a nice thought and certainly good for the peace of mind for the people willing to do it but how would that change those who hate (muslim terrorist savages in particular) in to loving or at least tolerant human beings.

i'm 49
and may have colon cancer.
still waiting for results.
this has been quite a wake up call.
it's times like this one pauses and reflects
and thinks about bridges burned
and hope to rebuild them.
i do know that whatever happens,
life will be viewed differently by me
and will proceed accordingly.
