Blood pressure testing, glucose testing, cholesterol testing are done at a lot of pharmacy's in the UK. If patients are on a lot of meds it is reassuring for someone to sit down and explain what they all are and do. A lot of people forget when they are seeing the doctor and the leaflet in the box of meds is written pretty little. Offering made up dossettes to anyone who gets confused even if it is in the plastic boxes you can buy in the shop not the ones that cost you £4 a week.

Open up your clinic and include the things you mentioned as services. Get a group of doctors who might need a clinic site and invite them if they want to be part of the "clinic". But of course, you will have to register your clinic and make it legal for these doctors to come join you.
