i want to buy some stuff on ebay, but iam still 17, i dont have credit card....so i need to find ebay store in ma country, cairo

You have to get a parents permission to buy something. You have to be 18 to legally get an account with them. Some sellers accept Money Orders which you should be able to get around town, but I have heard it is about $15 for one over there..

you have the wrong idea of what an ebay store is. They don't sell items retail. They take your stuff you want to sell, put it up on ebay and then give you money from the sale.
