I'd have to say the original, 1963 version of 'The Haunting'. It is scary, but it's a mental thriller. There is no blood, no special effects (well, nothing like those of today) and you never really see anything but it is scary. I would say it is most similar to 'The Others'. I also like Silent Hill a lot, too.

I don't usually watch scary movies, but out of the ones I have seen I like "When a Stranger Calls". I also like "Red Eye", but I don't know if that's a scary film.
The Worst one I've seen would have to be "The Village"

Any of the Friday the 13th movies (except Jason goes to manhatten...yuck!) Also, Nightmare on Elm Street. My favorite one of those was Wes Craven's New Nightmare. So Cool!

Hellraiser the first one. Nightmare on elm st, the first one again(i was just a kid at the time) The entity, because it was a true story. Showgirls(it was scary it ever got made!)

properly i could could say signs and warning signs..as quickly as I first watched that action picture with my 3 cousins and my aunt it sacred the crap out of me as quickly as I observed that alien..ooh..I wasn't waiting to sleep mushy in my mattress for a complete week! And IT omg!!! i could have considered it while i exchange into 6 years previous and that i ought to'nt see it returned till i exchange into sixteen...That action picture exchange into the blame for me hating all clowns now! Halloween (The classic), Exorcist, Poltergeist, Land of the lifeless( Hate ZOMBIES!!), And final yet no longer least The Descent ( That action picture killed my choose of ever going right into a cave..)

the ring or the ring 2, i was fourteen and i had to sleep with my dad after that. and i thouhgt the grudge was scary also, after i watch them over and over they become less scary, like now i can watch the ring and it wont effect me. i love scary movies......untill it comes time to go to bed
