Their old system was better? Hmm, and I was going to answer, "to continue their mediocrity." lol BUT, I asked a different question related to Yahoo's e-mail, and someone (Curtis) just answered that he contacted "Contact Yahoo Customer Care" and went on Live Chat. He told the person his Internet Explorer couldn't handle the new e-mail system, so had to go back to the Classic form, and, sure enough, Live Chat fixed it so he can. Now, I'd tell you which "Contact Yahoo Customer Care" link he went to to get such a good answer, but he left no links, so I still can't find Live Chat.
