Figure: 200 hours * 4 MB/M = about 12GB. But if it is professional then it won't be encoded at MP3 (which is about 4MB/M). Let's figure at most 30GB. Plus you will need room for an OS (like Windows) and updates so add 10GB.

You will probably be able to use a 40GB HDD (which is the minimum that most manufacturers are still making).

it depends on the quality and format... lets assume that you use a hadycam...

then you will need about a megabite or more in low quality (raw video)

if you are at medium then about a 2Mb which is multiplied by 200*60 minutes which will cost you 24000mb about 23GB

but on high its 3 or 4 Mb per min.... i will say thats useless unless you are recording for a TV show or something! then you would be using TAPES!! right??!!

OH! if you want to compressit visit http://www.download.com and get a file compressing program {zip and rar doesnt work well on video's}

even change the format http://www.xilisoft.com get the video converter!!

depends on the quality of this recording average is about 2mb per minute.
so that 200*60*2=24000mb or 24gb

it depends on which format you are recording. if its mp3 then 22 GB is sufficient
