Assuming you have anti-virus software installed, updated and running on your computer, simply run a scan of the device.

If you want to ensure you don't, use a product like Objectwipe to completely wipe your usb flash key, and reformat it.

Be aware, access to a drive which is infected, can result in infecting other drives.

please plug in the usb key to the pc which has got antivirus software in it. and scan usb key to find whether it has got virus or not.
