acutally i have blonde hair with a tint of light brown and i have light skin but i have a tan right now !!

Depending on your eye color:
Blue Eyes - neutrals, browns

I think that a smokey grey eyeshadow or a soft chocolate color. My hair color and yours are same and so are our skin color, I have green eyes and those are the colors i think look the best.

Blue eyes: Brown & blue eye shadows,brown or black mascara and blue eye liner.
