If you believe the Bible or other religious material, then yes, some people have lived that long and longer. Otherwise, no. No one has lived longer than about 130, and even then there have been very few to live anywhere near that long. It's even rare to live to 100.

Methuselah or Metushélach (Hebrew מְתוּשֶׁלַח / מְתוּשָׁלַח "Man of the dart", or alternatively "when he dies, it shall be sent" Standard Hebrew Mətušélaḥ / Mətušálaḥ, Tiberian Hebrew Məṯûšélaḥ / Məṯûšālaḥ) was the oldest person whose age is mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. He reportedly reached the age of 969 years. According to the Book of Genesis 5:27: "And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died" (American Standard Version). The name Methuselah has become a general synonym for any living creature of great age.

Nope, the oldest people have not made it past 130. IF you believe the Bible to be an accurate source of information then yes people have lived hundreds of years. However, one must question the accuracy of such claims, especially in a time of few medicines, no understanding of disease, germs or any other basic microbiology. In addition, who exactly was alive long enough to validate the age of other people who lived for hundreds of years?
