I have been breaking out in bumps that look a lot like big pimples that are under the skin - they are big and bright red. I have them on my rgt side , on my rear, on my bikini line, and down the backs of the top of my legs. I have had these ever since i was little but not bad - the older i get the worse they are (i'm in my late 20's). i use nutrogena body wash on them after i was with soap and then i use rubbing alcohol on them but it is not helping. i have made an appt with a dermatologist. does anyone know what these are? and no its not an std or anything because i started getting these when i was like 8 y/o.

It could be from the heat or sun exposure, or maybe you need to exfoliate.

Try bath for 7 days in hot water spring nearby. eat rose jam (Gulkand) in morning every day atleast for a month on empty stomach. Drink plenty of water. Avoid direct sun light for more than hour.

Wish you all the best
