I saw a Little House on Prairie movie a while back. It wasn't the Disney version, but a different one. It ended with her being old and at a conference of some sort, talking about her book. Does this ring a bell to anybody?

Yep. I remember it. But I don't remember anything else for certain. Seems like it might have had a title that didn't apply to little house, and a subtitle something like the Laura Ingalls Wilder Story.
