Asparagus, broccoli or similar stringy cooked vegetables for gas production and length.
Boiled eggs in a cold salad, deviled eggs or pickled eggs for aroma.
Beans, peas or other legumes for a solid tone.
Prunes, raisins, dried apricots or anything with chocolate for a juicy texture and to make the musician wonder if he really did it.

I don't know about a combination of foods but cabbage and/or asparagus always do it for me. The make really really loud ones and they stink. Too bad I love both of those foods.
