I would be nice if a person had a lot of points that it was an indication of a educated person that can give useful answers. Sad to say a lot of people just want to have a lot of points for what ever reason? They are of NO value and with the people answering questions with an answer of " I don't know " etc. (meaningless answers) makes the points less than worthless. To see an indicator of a persons character, clk on their icon and look at the type of questions they have asked and answered. I think you will find that a lot of people are of no value to Yahoo's Questions and Answers. (sorry to say)

Don't you know? Drew Carey is using Yahoo! and the X-Box 360 to give away all the extra points he had stashed after many Whose Line Is It Anyway? episodes. He would have to pay taxes on them if he didn't donate some.

the point on this site right? ok. well. i guess u could define them as restriction points. The site probably doesn't want you to ask ask ask ask all these questions and not help any body else with theirs. However if u answer questions, then u get more points and therefore can ask more questions. ok?

To make us feel special. You lose points when you ask a question, you gain points when you answer them, get a "best answer", or vote for a best answer.
