I am going to college next year and so far I have finalized the courses I will be taking. I have never taken a PE class before, and for the first time I signed up for it. I feel extremely bad since it’s a fluff class and I am not used to that. Do you think I should change it? Plus its only two credits!

Fluff classes hurt you chances of getting into competitive colleges. If you must take one, save it for after you've been accepted.
