The scene in A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE where the woman finds out her husband is not who she thinks. They have sex on the stairs. Violent sex. It was awesome.

Sorry for being romantic and not raw; I would have to say the best sex scene was in the "Way We Were" (Barbara Streisand and Robert Redford). She was desperately in love with him and when she finally gets her big chance to make love to the one man she will ever love, he comes into her apartment drunk, pukes, crawls into her bed (apparently unbeknown st to him) and passes out. Now the real beauty of this sex scene is the director leaves the erotic part to the viewers imagination. Redford climbs up on top of Streisand responding to her perfume and her nakedness, but do they actually have sex??? She is overwhelmed by her love for him and would simply die happy at that moment; holding this gorgeous, brilliant blonde god in her arms and just as her love comes pouring out of her; he falls sound asleep still laying on top of her...talk about romantic and yet sexy ahhhh!!!

Honestly, I can't answer that question...whenever a sex scene comes on in a movie, I get too excited and jump my boyfriend and miss the whole scene and usually the next one too!!!
