It's a little known fact that Mickeys true last name is Gonzales. His full birth name is Miguel Ratón Gonzales. When Disney hired him he renamed him to fit the sensibilities of an American audience hence his hollywood name Mickey Mouse. A few acting and accent reduction classes later Mickey stars in his first cartoon "Steamboat Willy". Speedy Gonzales is Mickeys cousin twice removed on his mothers side but Mickey resents this because he feels that Speedy is being a puto and is only trying to live off of his established fame and Speedy thinks that Mickey is pocho who is sucking up to the man.
