sign out completely from yahoo and head for Yahoo mail. Then click on sign up link and finish it. You're done, in a matter of minutes!

easy
log out of your present account
and then do what you did to make your first account
+ if you want, you can set it up so that all the e-mails from your new second account can be put into the inbox (they will be automatically forwarded) of your main account
do that by going to mail options
the same can be done on microsoft outlook

just go to the very first log in and type in the address you wish to use then go from there (if it is taken the system will cue you )

the same way u did the first 1, eg goto mail.yahoo.com goto sign up now. and follow the prompts.
