Well I hope she calls you on the phone on your birthday and sings "Happy Birthday To You" over the phone. It might make your day if she can pull that off!

have your party anyway, and then you and her can get together when she gets back and do something. or you can wait until she comes home to have your party. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
