In addition to all previous information, open your case and check your capacitors, they look like this.........
Good capacitors.......

Bad capacitors........

If they appear as those in the second pic, then your board needs to be replaced.
Your capacitors go bad due to excessive heat.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.pcboostcleaner.net
It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.

9. Incorrect/imcompatible drivers are installed.
Solution: Log system errors and find the source. Or if you installed a new device and uninstall it.
10. A system reboot is scheduled.
Solution: Disable this task.
Alternative Solution:

There's an option there that makes the system restart eveytime there's a system faillure. Make sure it's disabled or logging is enabled to log possible errors.

If it's a virus: Get a virus scan as fast as possible(efore restarting)
if it's a bad sector: Take you HDD on another computer and do this for all the patitions: right click on them->properties->tools->check now...->check all options and click->start
if that doesn't solve the problem, then you have to format you hdd.
it may be a problem with the cooler. it doesn't work at all or not properly. check if you hear a sound when th pc starts. try getting a new one if the above options doesc't work.

most likely u are having a heat problem. remove you cover and start your computer. check wether your cooling fan working. (thats what happend to me).
if that is not hte problem,if u are using a UPS check battery
bad sectors, virusses or other t\reson is not likely to be the problem because your computer restarts automatically. wht hapens is computer shutdowns due to heat and restarts when cooled.

Check to see when the computer turns off if it is really hot. Your airflow in your computer might not be sufficient or the fan on the CPU might have died. I had to purchase an additional fan for mine because the heat here in southern california is just horrible and my computer was overheating.

This sounds like a hardware problem, maybe it gets too hot and re-starts, check the ventilation. You might need professional help.

If you're able to, you should run a virus scan, and then a spybot scan, and clean up your computer. If those don't work, then seek a professional computer support person/company.

you probably have a faulty motherboard, computer, or your computer has serious errors
if you start up after the reboot and see that your computer has serious errors, try to system recover your computer, reinstall Winodws (or whatever other OS you use), or buy an error-fixer and use that to fix errors
