If the email says its from yahoo then you can send it to...... abuse@yahoo.com
If it is from someone whose is just being an *** and trying to scam you tick the box beside it and hit the report as spam button in your yahoo mail...

these are classed as 419 emails.
its just a scam. they will ask you to send money to cover the cost of sending the money to your bank.

it someone playing a trick on u if it something like holf mi money until i get to the us it some one playing a trick on u just delete it
