Then I find out she is talking about me saying I never want to do anything anymore. I have a husband and three kids she will stop by and ask me to go to bingo I'll say what time she says in about fifteen minutes. I was like hello I have three kids..... Should I confront her or just not answere next time she comes over?

Friendship should be less force than natural compatibility, trust and accountability. If your friend isn't willing to do activities with you at your home or give you enough time to plan for the care of your three children before going out, then you should keep her as a phone friend.
Call her up to discuss your day or what is troubling you. If she is a true friend and not an activity partner she will be there for you when you need her. If not, then move on and focus on your family.
Maybe your friend will come to her senses and miss your friendship.

Talk to her about the fact that you have responsibilities. Tell her you would really love to spend more time with her, but that your schedule means you need to plan things ahead. Being spontaneous can be fun, but it isn't reasonable for her to expect you to be able to pull that off with three kids.

Are you such a good friend if you judge your friend this easily? Maybe it's hard for her to make planswith you 'cause she doesn't know your kid's scedule. You can't just expect things from someone your in a relationship with (no matter what kind of relationship) , 'cause it is impossible to meet expectations you don't even know of.

Next time she'll come, and offer you the same thing in the same way, then explain to her the situation and the position you are in, as a mom, and I'm sure she'll understand. If she wont, then, well, that's her problem.

you should confront her and tell her exactly how you feel. From your info I am assuming that she is single and therefore does not understand that you can not just go out on a whim.
