King Arthur was the most intelligent of the leaders, followed by John F Kennedy, and bringing up third place William Jefferson Clinton. It's futile to argue with 8 years of peace and prosperity. If Bill Clinton was president today, the Israeli's would be writing us checks instead of us giving them funding.
Mr. Clinton had excellent statesmanship. We haven't had a gentleman with as much charisma and talent since... oh I don't know.... Thomas Jefferson?

lol highly intellectual, I don't think that was the question, but even if it was, why would you think that a king who has ultimate power for life with no consequences for his actions would be less corrupted than a president who has to get re-elected and who can be impeached?
And I agree with the above poster, Clinton really was a great and noble President, skilled in politics, economics, and diplomacy, unlike our current president..
