Comment to meatball822 I said it was a 1960 El Camino. The year now is 2006. Which means this car is 46 years old not 36 years old. Learn your math!!!!!

I have a confession to make, I am a closet El Camino fan. Those cars are sick? The motor in that vehicle is the best power plant ever made, hands down! She'll treat you right for years to come. The pink is different, but then again so is the El Camino...all in all very cool car.

President Clinton once expressed his admiration of El Caminos although it was not the color that impressed him so much as the capacity for putting astroturf in the back for a little late night spooning with his girl--or I suppose in his case I should say girls.
In any event, it caused quite a stir in the press at the time, for while he was presumably referring to his pre-Hilary exploits back in Arkansas it was not the sort of admission one might have expected from any prior President. Ever since he said it, I have always looked a little differently at El Caminos. Somehow it added to their lustre.

I think it's a little unusual, but if you like it, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Everyone thought I was weird when I was a 19 year old girl and I wanted a truck that was a stick shift. But I got it, I loved it, and when all their cars were broken down and wrecked, who did they call for a ride???
Post a link to the pic.

Pink? Mine was blue/white. Pink? Rethink Pink, if it's not a factory Pink. Factory colors make it worth more.
