Order some Hot sausage, and Corn Dogs and he will catch your drift. No seriously just tell him you think he is cute, and give him your number. No guy in the world will think that is a turn off. Every guy I have ever known would love to get that.

I'm experiencing a similar thing myself right now!!! (Except the guy works in the seafood dept. at the grocery store I go to) I buy something from his dept. every time I go there...at least 3 times a week!! He isn't always there, but I see him about twice a week...every time I go, I make it a point to say SOMETHING to him, even if it's just random ****. Each time it seems we talk a little bit longer...next time I'm going to ask him if he wants to try something that I make with all the seafood I buy from him!!! Just talk to him, casually every time you go there, and when you feel comfortable with it (I'm almost there with my situation) ask him if he would like to talk sometime on the phone or go do something when he has off work!!! Get dressed in your cutest casual outfit before you visit the restaurant. Then with a big smile, hand him a note written in pink with your first name and phone number and the words, "If you'd like to ask me out sometime, give me a call!" with an exclamation point and little hearts."
Then don't go back there for a week unless he calls you.

Well...guys love it if they got an admirer...just admit it to him, ask him when his shift is over so you guys can talk and have a cup of coffee...if the meeting didn't go well...tell him you wont bother him again, but if it goes well...you can have a date next time!

Talk to him about something that interest him. Ask him what time he get's off work and if he has any plans.... he should get the hint and tell you whether or not he cares to see you.
