The Smurfs have resurfaced on cable on the Boomerang channel (their parent company is Cartoon Network).

I love those smurfin smurfs, but mainly just to see little blue people walk around a little town replacing words with their own species name. Why don't we say human all the time? Shouldn't we human the human human and human human human... it doesn't work very well!

I love the smurfs...funnily enough I run into their creator all the time at the supermarket of all places! ( His name is Vader Abraham and he is a Dutch man living here in Holland quite close to me)

I like them too - my favorite is Brainy..
Actually, I heard somewhere a few months ago that they have been talking about creating a full feature length movie in a year or so - in Imax 3D.
It's a popular comic strip outside of the US (in Europe).

they are cute ---if u get it check out the boomerang channel-i have kids so they watch that channel.
