Your best bet would be going to your local tattoo shop.Talking with an artist before any major decisions is so helpful.I have a Kanji symbol for unity on my inner right ankle and it's wonderful. If Kanji is not what you are looking for, your artist can certainly help you out.Your artist, if legit, should be able to pick out what's genuine and what's not.Just keep your mind open, they could also just design something to fit your needs.Having a semi-personal relationship with your artist will help your process of tattooing go a lot smoother. If your artist is not friendly and seems reluctant to help you find something to fit your liking, this should not be the artist you go with. All legit artists will have a smile , (bare with me here) and will be willing to make you feel comfortable.Hope this helps! Good luck.
