Ok i wanna get my hair cut. so i was talking to my friend. and she said she could cut it for me. cuz she even cut her hair and her frined's hair too. so should i let her? i totally trust her. i have known her for about 7 years. so i think she can do a good job at it. but i just need a second opinion. THANX!

There's a problem with getting your hair cut by someone you know, like your friend or friend's parent, etc. If you don't like it, you can't complain to them about it or come up with ideas with them on how to fix it, you pretty much just have to live with it and pretend to like it. Also, your friend isn't a licensed beautician so even if you do trust her with everything, she still could make a mistake, and wow, that wouldn't be good.
When my mom was around 13, she cut her sister's hair and it turned out really good, so she started doing all her cousins'. That was until the one day where she accidentally cut her cousin's ear. Ouch. You never know what may happen when you give a teenager scissors and tell them to go at your head with 'em.

Is she a stylist or going to school to become stylist? If so I would let her cut it. If she's not a stylist or in school to be one...look at her hair and your friends and decided whether you like how it cut. If she did a good job on her own and your other friends hair....then maybe.
Personally, I wouldn't ( a girls hair is her crown) because if it's bad your gonna have to wait for it to grow to get another cut. And a BAD hair cut can make an attractive person NOT attractive anymore. Think of it that way.

Just because she is your friend and you have known her a long time doesn't mean she is good at cutting hair. However, hair grows back and it would probably make her feel good that you trust her enough to let her cut it. I say go for it!!

Trust your instinct if you think your friend is great hair cutter then you get a free hair cut. Worth a try even if she doesn't do a good job then you would for next time to not cut your hair again.

I trust my friends, especially if they've done it before. Look at her friend's hair, do you like it? The only time I would be doubtful is if she lied about doing her friend's hair. I don't know her well but I think she is a good enough friend to trust cutting your hair. Besides, you'll be watching her every step of the way.

Well if you completely trust her. My sister cut my hair because i wanted bangs and i was like i'll jst get it done by my mom hair stylist and my sister was like why are you gunna spend all that money for bangs. There so easy to cut. So she cut it for me then i ended up screaming at her and throwing combs at her because she didnt no what she was doing! lol..and it looked weird becuz my hair is curly but after i straighten it looked really good lol.but after it grew out a litttle bit it turned out really good 2 lol. So thats my opinion. alteast i think that was an opinion lol. But if the other peope your friend cut hairs for turned out good then i'm sure your in good hands. I'll never let my sister who might i add never cut hair in her entire life cut my own hair again lol.

Well, no matter how much you love your friends, they make mistakes too. If you really do trust her, go ahead, but remember you told her yes and if she makes a mistake don't be angry. Or you can just tell her nicely that you'd rather get your hair cut at a salon, and that she can trim it for you when it starts growing out.

Well I let my friend put highlights in my hair and she did a pretty good job so if you trust her and don't have any bad feelings about it than let her. But it is totally up to you.

Even though you should trust her, only let her do that if she is good. Everyone's hair is different, so just make sure she don't have you looking like Edward Scissor Hands got a hold of you.

Well how does her hair turn out or her friends if its good than I would say go for it but if it isnt the best cutting ever dont go 2 some one that acctually does it !!
