Wow! You are a brave woman! I am assuming these are all adults.
I guess that I would assume each guest will have 1-2 meat items (plus one bun per hot dog or burger), 1/2 - 3/4 cup of potato salad, 1/2 to 3/4 cup of macaroni salad, 2-4 oz. of chips, 1-3 glasses of wine or 1-3 beers. Then have plenty of sodas so people can have non-alcoholic options.
What about a veggie and/or fruit tray? Or watermelon? (Assume one semi-circle slice per person but have some extra.) Also, dessert? Cookies or cake?

Hot Dogs (and buns) -1 per person
Hamburger Meat (and buns) -1 lb. per 4 people
Chicken -not as much (most people like hb/hd at a bbq)
Potato Salad -1 cup per person
Macaroni Salad - 1 cup per person
Chips - 1 bag per 8 people
Wine (each of red, white, and white zin) - 4 each
Beer (domestic and import) - You can NEVER have too much
Soda (Coke? DC? Sprite?) - at least 1 can per person
Lots of paper goods and extra trash cans for disposal of said paper goods and plastic ware. Most people enjoy baked beans, too! And brownies!

100 hotdogs, 50 hamburgers, 50 chicken, 8 lbs of each salad, at least 6 bags of chips, 1 bottle of wine for every 4 winedrinkers attending, 1 6 pack of beer for each big drinker, 2 for each light beer drinker, soda depends on number of kids attending, probably a 2 12 packs DC, 1 of Coke, and 2 of Sprite, you should also buy like a veggie plate or have cheese, crackers, and sausage as snacking food. maybe go for some dessert too!!! ice cream would be a hit, you can buy it cheap in big bulk 5-10 gal drums. it would be nice to know if you think its going to be towards 50 or 100 cause they are quite different numbers, it is always best to have leftovers!!!!!!!!!!

green salad or a fruit salad. Maybe a vegetable, like grilled mushrooms an d red peppers or corn on the cobb. Also make sure there are alternatives for the non-meat eaters.
I'd stock up on Charles Shaw wine, that way most of your $$ doesn't get spent on wine. Beers I'd get Heine kin, Corona and Bud light. Diet Coke, Coke, Sprite and WATER
Can I come?

Here's a neat trick I learned over the years. Invite all you friends and family over for a barbecue. Ask them to bring food and drink. Tell them it's a theme party. When they show up and it's decorated like Dante's Inferno, tell them not to be scared. Then make a trap so they all fall in a giant barbecue.....Then invite some new friends and neighbours over and serve the food your previous friends and family brought and serve your new friends your old barbecued friends........Works every time!
