People who hate all other people are Anthropophobes (they suffer from Anthropophobia). Now, concerning the "fear of leaving home", there are several phobias that could adjust to that:

Agoraphobia - the fear of open spaces (from Agora, the greek word for Square)
Agyrophobia - the fear of streets
Dromophobia - the fear of crossing streets
Batophobia - the fear of being close to high buildings
Demophobia - the fear of crowds

But, in fact, I'd propose the term Oikophilia or Ecophilia for that situation; it would then describe not the fear of leaving home, but the distorted love (philia) that one could feel by his/her home, eventually making it impossible to leave.
