Manual transmission fluid must be changed every 62000 miles according to owner's manual for 2004 Mazda 3. The fill plug is somewhere on the side of the transmission - usually it's at about 1/3 height of the tranny since it works as the fluid level indicator as well. It might be at the differential housing, or in the front, but be carefull not to open wrong bolt. I'd advise to perform this operation at the dealer - it's not expensive and they use correct fluid.

Manual transmissions do in fact have a fill plug, It is a bolt in the transmission it can be in various locations, search your case in YouTube and you will usually find something (I believe any Mazda between 2004-2009 will have the same transmission set up) I am pretty positive though that the bolt is located on the back of the transmission. for a mazda 3 use SAE 75W90 gear lube and fill it until it is just about to come out of the fill hole.

IF and big IF you have one then it will be either on the transmission near the rear main seal of the motor or on top of the tranny between the motor and the driver side strut mount... Dont rack your brain though most manual transmissions dont have a fill. From what i have seen only Hondas seem to have a fill for manual transmissions...

There is not one. It is just a bolt you remove to fill it.
Manual transmissions dont need to be changed or refilled as there is no place for it to leak out.

Honestly, I don't think you have one. I drove a manual Ford (Mazda engine) and there wasn't one.

There isn't one. You only add brake fluid to the slave cylinder which is located behind and to the right of the brake master cylinder.
