Cause he is a new age gangster, everybody loved Capone right?
No need for all those stupid laws about civil liberties when we have someone in charge that's above all that nonsense. I think we all feel safer knowing our government now has the power to break into our homes at any time without a warrant and imprison us without any evidence or trial, all those "formalities" were doing was sucking up taxpayer money that could be used for bigger bombs and fighter jets.
