It is time for your daughter to see an OB/GYN. She may be having signs of impending menstruation, or there may be some other issue. I can't really speculate on the milky orangish discharge, although it is entirely possible that she is having "pink show" which, is a clue that the body is readying itself for the montly cycle. However, you need to have her checked out by a doctor just to make sure that nothing else is or has been going on down there...

If it's not red blood then it's not a period. Milky, orangish stuff is not good. Take her to her doctor and have them check it out.
