Well, let's see...I'll start with what I know. Having been a competitive swimmer for the good portion of my life, I understand the need to look good and be an athelete (guys, don't worry, it's a girl thing). Waterproof makeup I love:
Revlon Lash Fantasy Primer and Waterproof Mascara. Stays on in the pool, don't see why it wouldn't behind a SCUBA mask.
Pair that with Revlon's Timeliner for Eyes in whatever color you'd like. I'm a black liner kinda girl, but it comes in a ton of different hues.
For foundation, might I suggest Apres Waterproof Creme Camoflauge in whatever shade suits you. There is a kit, and it's quite pricey, but it does a beautiful job and stays on for a long time, even in the pool! It has to be removed with a special solution because it's waterproof, but it's worth the pretty price (you're not in the water every day). Ladies, it's also marvelous for covering up tattoos that you might not want to show in gowns and what-not. (Take it from me, the Librarian with 6 going on 7 tattoos). Here's the link :

Any kind of ColorStay lip color will do nicely for lip color.
As for eyeshadow, I haven't found anything that fits the bill quite yet, so if you come across something, let me know!
Hope this helps! Have fun diving!

I wouldn't bother, but then, I'm a guy.
You're going to be in the water a long time on a dive, so you'll be coming out a bit dishevelled, and dripping wet. Your mask will be slipping a bit on your face, and your hair will be everywhere, so your makeup is sure to get messed up. And any guy who would be put-off by your makeup (or lack thereof) after a dive isn't worth keeping around, IMHO.

good if he bit you in part im beautiful certain you might be useless however you could no longer be useless instantly so for those who have been useless instantly then noo you might no longer flip a yr older however for those who didnt die instantly and stayed alive for atleast a minute... (that you couldnt) however if that's the case you might develop a million yr older but it surely might be needless cuz you're death besides..... and why might you pass scuba diving at like middle of the night that virtually your b-day!

The best thing is not to wear make up. I am 37 and I don't wear make up all the time.
