I have Sonic Riders for Gamecube, and I can't beat Wave on the hero thing at Green Cave. Any suggestions? Oh, and I found this shortcut, but I can't figure out how to get to it.

I have Sonic Riders for Gamecube, And I can't defeat Wave at Green Cave! I always come in second, by less then one second. I know that there is a jump that you can get to, and it's a shortcut, But I don't know how to get to it was defeat Wave.

You need to completely charge the jump while holding up or down. Up gives you more distance while down gives you more height. Make sure you boost to give yourself enough speed to make it. and remember, let go of 'A' button at the very tip of the jump.
