You don't necessarily have to find an expensive brand of jeans to fit you... Go for a wider leg opening like a slight flare or boot cut jeans to balance and give proportion, and avoid baggy jeans. Pick flat-lying pockets and material that skims the thighs rather than hugs them. At the same time this won't swamp your waist.. And find a size that's comfortable for you. Don't stress over the number. worry about the fit.

its a case of finding a good seamstress of finding the makes of clothes which fit you. Some brands are more curvy than others. also some styles, for example a full skirt, allow you to buy a size down for your waist, whilst amply accomodating your hips. You need to get out and start trying clothes on. diff styles and diff makes.

I have the same problem. The only real solutions are either getting your clothes, jeans , and pants professionally tailored at the waist, or wearing a belt.

I have the same problem, my boobies are not very big (compared to the rest of me) so the top part is always too big. Try a nice belt, or taking the waist in a bit.
