but the problems is that when i change it to ntfs it get slow and i adjust the mft and is still the same why acer do that

I think its like that, because it allows for larger files on it and can be more reiliable ( not sure), email acer

Actually for reliability and extra security and NTFS is the one that allows larger files and partitions. Acer does it because if you had to restore the system, you could dump all your files onto the second partition (D: on mine) and reinstall Windows on C: then when you have it back, all your files are still there on the D partition. If you want the drives to be NTFS go to Start > Run and type cmd, press enter. At the prompt type the following command convert C: /FS:NTFS, you will have to reboot and Windows will change it from FAT32 to NTFS, this is non-destructive so you will not lose any data. You can do the same thing for the D partition just change the drive letter in the command, you'll have to reboot again. Now both your partitions will be NTFS. I should note you cannot go from NTFS to FAT32... easily and the results usually aren't great.
