Try using a creme under your eyes when you wake up. Clinique is great for the skin and doesn't contain many oils. The cream may not completely take away the bags, but it reduces it. Besides that, there isn't much you can do besides un-natural stuff (ie; botox).

I've read a few people recommend Prep. H and they are right. Use it for 10 days and wear it as long as you can during the day and you will see a big difference. Also, use it in the morning while you're getting ready. It comes off with a tissue. I did this and my bags are almost gone!

For bags under your eyes, I'd suggest either TimeWise® Firming Eye Cream, which firms, brightens, provides intense moisture, plus minimizes fine lines and wrinkles. (http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/lipeyecare/10003209/10003209/default.aspx).

Or Indulge™ Soothing Eye Gel. It's a cool, soothing gel that helps reduce the appearance of puffiness (http://www.marykay.com/adina_k/skincare/lipeyecare/10274300/10274300/default.aspx

Oddly enough, Preparation H helps get rid of bags. If you'd rather stick with the food groups, cucumbers help slightly. Or it could mean that the bags are hereditary.

You should try a cool cloth over your eyes, lots of concieler under your eyes and maybe under-eye tightening serum (avon sells this and it really works)

try cucumber slices. There is this new method that doctors use to get rid of them. Ask a doctor about it.
