Probably, among songs actually played on the radio would be the country song, "The Last Thing I Gave Her Was the Bird". There are much worse songs that don't get played on the radio like, "Dead Puppies Are No Fun". There was also the song, "It's a Gas" which consisted entirely of belching to the music.
Of course, some songs like "Walk Like an Egyptian", "Puttin' on the Ritz", "Life's Been Good to Me", "Cover of the Rolling Stone", "Genius of Love", and Weird Al Yankovic's parodies are supposed to sound goofy so I wouldn't count these. I believe this is the case with Jackson Brown's song, "Lawyers in Love" which has pretty strange lyrics but is a nice song: "Am I the only one who hears the screams and the strangled cries of lawyers in love?"
