i say that you tell him that you like him because guys usually take the first girl that is pretty that comes their way. Hurry because someone else might snag him first. Even though he live far away you guys can talk on the phone and invite him to parties and ask your parents to meet him. I suggest you get a web cam so you guys can see eachother. Sometimes long distance relationships dont always work, so you need to see him every once in a while because he could 2-time u and u wont ever know about it because you live far away. Get to know him better, find out his background information, get your cousin to meet his ex-girlfriends and find out why they broke up.

If you like him, then you should talk to him. Just be his friend for a while, and secretly try to impress him. BUT! Don't be desperate. If nothing happens, always remember, that guys like girls who make the first move, becuase guys are just as afraid of us as we are of them, haha. Personally, I think that you should ask him out, if you do that, your fantasy might come true.

well, if he's the resident hottie at school, chances are that he knows that he's the popular one.
