For a while we may be without any health problems. But it is not possible to be completely healthy all the time. Excercise daily, eat a balanced diet. And pray lots! It helps to have some help from above.

yes, but you'd have to have had a perfectly healthy fetal development, meaning your mother ate right and exercised for 2-4 years before conception and stuck to her vitamins. Natural immunities would be nice, but you'll probably need vaccines (hope you don't react to them!) Then you'd have to eat right and exercise your entire life. Now, here's the rub, every couple of years, they change what "eating right and exercising" means. So what is healthy now, isn't healthy tomorrow (smoking tobacco used to be seen as a panacea-- cure all). So it is possible, but highly improbable
