well dpends on the speed on the processors, but duron is rather old cpu, but the p3 might just beat the duron in a few tests.

both are slow. but to answer ur question.
The process speed Intel is faster
But duron has the same caplability of the p3 even though is slower

just like athon X2400 is like a p4 2.4ghz
even though athlon is 1.6Ghz only
AMD do better in graphic while Intel do better in calculation

Depends on what you mean, amd is 64 bit so its better, and intel is 32 bit.
Certain applications respond differential to differeent processors. If clock speed is all that matters, it the amd.

Depends on how smart you are with computers....
If you're overclocking the amd he's faster.... if you overclock the p3 that one is faster....
I would go for the Amd;) but that's just my opinion
