Check out the budget. I would want to review every time we spend $50 grand on examining cow farts, and see how we could spend the money to better our society. I have some friends who lost everything in Katrina. The insurance company was little help, the government was no help, and they wound up moving back north. They had just invested their life savings in their dream house, in Bay St Louis Missouri, and everything was gone.
How much money do we spend overseas when we could use it here? My first act as President would be to review our nation's finances, and then make some serious decisions about how we spend.

Then, Create a committee dedicated to pulling troops out of Irak.
I know the staff of joint chiefs and the military have and are committees, but I mean ppl outside the government, like all those ppl i watch on the TV talking about taking troops back and protesting and all that and then, when they realize how hard it is to actually do that, then I'd rub it in their faces on national TV and say, Ha! it ain't that easy, is it?
