I have never heard of such a thing but doubt it.. I hope though that you can get the right answer.. I am going to check back as I also want to know.

no beacuse most of the time they don't get sent to the right place and the person who sends it mabe would get blam for it and that person sent it but the person who was supossed to get it just din't on his e-mail.
