Why the website PENNYSAVERUSA.COM only works in the mornings ?

It's a California's money saver magazine
Such pennysaver.com but it has regional ads & information.

It must have just been a fluke that you ran into for a time. It just worked for me, at 8:30 PM, so try again, and I'm sure you'll have luck. The only other reason might be the site goes down temporarily for updating or maintenance, and maybe you happened upon it during that time.
