The brains of both were created differently. Women can multitask better because of more brainwave activity shooting back and forth between the brain's hemispheres. Men are more prone to focus because their brain's activity intensifies in one place. Married couples, for example, can use this to their advantage realizing that each as a unique strength to bring to the table. They can solve problems together from two different perspectives.

How they think and react...the sexes are wired differently, which is why they often seem to have such a difficult time understanding one another...men tend towards logic, women tend towards emotion (there are exceptions of course!)...women like to talk things out, guys less so...women will listen to your problems and sympathize, guys tend to try to fix them...
As mentioned, that is generalizing but fairly accurate for a majority of each sex...we are not the same inside or out...

The way the brain works. Most often ( there are exceptions of course) a man uses his brain halves in a different way from women, this makes him better at, among other things, map-reading. men are more analytical and logical than women whereas women are better developed emotionally.

I recently found out of a research that concludes that women has a higher IQ average than men... which is very hard for me to accept.

Men are EXELENT risk takers, decision makers, and leaders.
