It depends on if I'm in a quiet atmosphere, or a loud one. In a quiet one, I talk mid-range, just enough where a person can here me. I have a high voice, and often get accused of not talking loud enough, but I do, maybe it's my high voice that makes it hard to understand me.
I'm anywhere between painfully shy to motormouth outgoing, depends on who I'm around.
And I sometimes stutter due to speech impediment.

If you talk loud all the time, you will be noticed, but people tune you out quickly. If you talk softly, people have to pay more attention to you to hear what you are saying.

I talk LOUD also, and I wish I didn't. But it is just how I was created, I guess.
