After several years of debilitating hot flashes and night sweats, accompanied by insomnia and all the other goodies involved with menopause, I have found a product that has eliminated them within a week. This is done with phytonutrients, flavenoids and polysaccharides. I used to stand outside in 30 below weather in the middle of the night for a few minutes just to relieve them. I was often seen with my head in the freezer or walking around with a little battery operated fan. What I needed to do was stop them from the inside. This got me so excited when it worked that I contacted all of my cronies who suffer with it as well. All of us are better now!!!!

PATIENCE! And that's about it! Back off of caffeine, chocolate, alcohol, any stimulants, they seem to make them worse. Drink cold water and take lots
of estrogen products and hang in there. They really suck, don't they?! Hormone replacement therapy works, but you're just trading problems. Dress in layers, wear natural fabrics that breathe.

Vitex Berry, or Chaste Tree berry, (whichever it happens to be sold under) is wonderful for hot flashes as is Dong Quai. Vitex would be my first choice, as it has no contraindications. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions
