Like someone else already said, in Pirates of the Caribbean he wears kohl around his eyes; it wasn't eyeliner. It was really used by pirates to keep the reflection of the sun off of the water out of their eyes and keep their eyes from getting sunburned as well.
But to answer your question: kohl, eyeliner, whatever that man wears, he looks GORGEOUS! Don't worry; you're definitely not the only one.

Yes, he is very sexy as Jack Sparrow. However, it's kohl, not eye liner. Kohl was used to keep the sun's glare down while out at sea, where it would reflect off of the water and hurt the eyes and make it difficult to see.

I do. Eyeliner works like magic! He's so sexy in Pirates of the Carribean. I don't think he's very attractive in real life though.
